Missions
The Insurance Supervision Directorate is in charge of the prudential supervision and inspection activities of the insurance sector and ensures the solvency of the insurers.
This department oversees the permanent supervision of insurance and reinsurance companies, by ensuring the quality of the supervision and optimizing the use of resources. It also ensures the entities subject to its supervision's compliance to the provisions relating to combating money laundering.
This department guarantees the execution of the on-site control of insurance companies, by supervising the organization of teams and by ensuring the quality of the carried out monitoring.
