Steps of the InsurTech Journey:

  1. Contact the Single Window:
    If you are an InsurTech project leader and wish to receive support in your compliance process, contact the Authority's Single Window via email: innovation-insurtech@acaps.ma.
  2. Initial Contact with the Unit:
    Within one week, a member of the Innovation & InsurTech Unit will contact you to discuss your project and assist you in completing a needs assessment form.
  3. Preparation for a Meeting with ACAPS business divisions:
    If your project is eligible, a discovery meeting will be scheduled to explore your proposal in detail and define the next steps in your compliance pathway.
  4. Ongoing Support:
    Meetings will be scheduled with ACAPS teams to guide you in preparing your regulatory steps. A tailored solution will be proposed to ensure the compliance of your InsurTech solution.
