The 2nd training and awareness session for insurance intermediaries.

ACAPS held on Tuesday, April, 17, 2018 in the city of Casablanca, the second training and awareness session for insurance intermediaries of the Great Casablanca Region.
This training session comes as part of the campaign that the Authority has been carrying since 2017 and which aims to inform and sensitize the intermediaries about their obligations as well as the best international norms and practices regarding the protection of the insured.
This session has dealt in particular with the Directorate of the Protection of the Policyholders’ missions and the regulatory framework and best practices for the protection of the insured. This training was attended by more than 90 intermediaries, and was led by Mr. Abdelmajid Mimouni, Mr. Younes Lammat and Mr. Said Radi.
This campaign will also concern other regions of Morocco.
