ACAPS held on thursday, November 28th , 2018 in the city of Casablanca a training and awareness session for Production, Claims and Insurance Network managers of insurance, assistance and credit insurance companies.
This training session comes as part of the campaign that the Authority has been carrying since 2017 and which aims to inform and sensitize the sector of insurance about the best international norms and practices regarding the protection of the insured.
This session has dealt also, with the Directorate of the Protection of the Policyholders’ missions and the regulatory framework and best practices for the protection of the insured.
