ACAPS organized the 8th training and awareness session for insurance intermediaries regarding the protection of the insured.

ACAPS held on Thursday, 7 March, 2019 in the city of Beni-Mellal the eight training and awareness session for insurance intermediaries of the Beni Mellal – khenifra region.
This training session is as part of the campaign that the Authority has been carrying since 2017 and which aims to inform and sensitize the intermediaries about their obligations as well as the best international norms and practices regarding the protection of the insured.
This session has dealt also, with the Directorate of the Protection of the Policyholders’ missions and the regulatory framework and best practices for the protection of the insured.
