ACAPS participates in the 2nd edition of FNACAM's annual meeting

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) took part in the 2nd edition of the annual meeting of the National Federation of Insurance Agents and Brokers in Morocco (FNACAM), organized on 17 and 18 November 2017 in Marrakech.

Opening the event, Mr. Hassan Boubrik, President of ACAPS, recalled the missions of the Authority in terms of protection of the insured and control of business practices.

This meeting focused on Takaful insurance and the law 59-13 of construction insurance obligation. The issue of consumer protection and the obligations of insurance intermediaries was dealt with in a workshop led by Mr. Younes Lammat, Head of the Information Department and oversees business practices (Directorate of Insurance Protection - ACAPS).

On the sidelines of this meeting, the Authority set up an information booth for the Web'Inter application.
