The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) is part of the national solidarity drive to attenuate the effects of the Al Haouz earthquake. In this context, ACAPS is contributing 10 million dirhams to the special fund number 126 for the management of the consequences of the earthquake that hit Morocco, launched on the high instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.
Reaffirming its total commitment to all the Kingdom's efforts to overcome the impact of the earthquake, the Authority also launched an internal solidarity caravan to collect donations in kind and in cash for the benefit of earthquake victims.
About ACAPS
Established in 2016 by Law 64-12, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (Autorité de Contrôle des Assurances et de la Prévoyance Sociale - ACAPS) is in charge of regulating and supervising the insurance and social welfare sectors in Morocco. As part of its missions, the Authority ensures the transparency, smooth operation and development of the sectors within its area of intervention, with a view to protecting the rights of policyholders, affiliates and beneficiaries.
