The AUIRC holds its meeting in Marrakech

The Arab Union of Insurance Regulatory Commissions - AUIRC is holding its meeting on Wednesday, December 04 in Marrakech. Various topics related to the union's activities and the supervision of the insurance sector in the region are on the agenda.

The meeting of AUIRC members will be followed by a technical workshop that will address the issue of inclusive insurance and will include representatives from the Access to Insurance Initiative (A2ii) and various countries (Ghana, Egypt, Morocco etc.).

The members' meeting is being held on the sidelines of the 4th AUIRC conference to be organized on December 05 in Marrakech.

The 4th edition of the AUIRC conference will bring together regulators and operators of the MENA insurance sectors under the theme "Challenges of insurance sector regulation in the MENA region" and provides an excellent platform for exchange and debate on issues related to the regulation and development of insurance markets in the MENA region.
