Introduction of the guide of the insured

As part of its information and awareness mission, The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare are launching "The Guide of the Insured".

This manual provides information on the concept of insurance and provides essential information and advice on how to subscribe to an insurance contract: the steps to follow, the points to watch out for, and the methods of execution.

The guide of the insured also informs about the rights and obligations of the insured and the affiliated and highlights the possibility of recourse, notably through the Authority's claims management platform.
