The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) and the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (FMSAR) are hosting a large Tunisian delegation on October 9th and 10th, 2019.

Chaired by Mr. Hafedh Gharbi, Chairman of the General Insurance Committee in Tunisia (CGA) and Mr. Habib Ben Hassine, President of the Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA), the delegation is composed of several Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers and General Directors of Tunisian insurance companies.

In fact, this visit is an opportunity to share the Moroccan experience on topics such as Risk-Based Solvency, automobile insurance pricing and the development of life insurance.

This high-level meeting provided an opportunity to discuss subjects of common interest and to consider ways of cooperation between the two authorities and federations.

Finally, this visit is part of the Authority's ongoing cooperation with its counterparts, particularly in Africa. In this context, a collaboration, information exchange and expertise agreement was concluded between ACAPS and the CGA  in February 2016.
