Mr Abderrahim CHAFFAI President of ACAPS receives the President of the Association Actuarielle Internationale (AAI)

Mr Abderrahim CHAFFAI, Chairman of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), received the President of the International Actuarial Association (AAI), Ms Micheline DIONNE, on Thursday November 23, 2023.

During the meeting, Mr. Chaffai and Ms. Dionne discussed the various issues and challenges facing the actuarial profession. They also discussed the various opportunities for cooperation to support and expand the actuarial profession.

Founded in 1895, the International Actuarial Association (IAA) is the international umbrella organization of local professional actuarial associations, with a number of special-purpose sections representing individual actuaries. The IAA aims to foster the development of a worldwide profession recognized as possessing the technical skills and professional reliability necessary to serve the public interest.
