Mr Chaffai presents the ACAPS reports to the Head of Government

Mr Abderrahim Chaffai, Chairman of the Autorité de Contrôle des Assurances et de la Prévoyance Sociale (ACAPS), gave a presentation to the Head of Government, Mr Aziz Akhannouch, on Thursday 12 December, on the ACAPS activity report and the report on the supervision of pension funds for the year 2023, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 11 of Act 64.12 establishing the Authority.

The meeting provided Mr. Chaffai with the opportunity to present a comprehensive overview of the insurance and social welfare sectors for 2023, along with the outcomes of the Authority's supervisory activities.
