Signature of a cooperation agreement ACAPS-ACPR

Mr. Hassan Boubrik, President of the The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) and Mr. Bernard Delas, Vice-Chairman of the French the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) reporting to Banque de France, proceeded with the signing of an information exchange, general cooperation and insurance control coordination agreement, on December 14^th in Paris.

This agreement concerns an exchange of information useful for the exercise of the missions of the two institutions and the modalities of consultation on all the subjects of common interest, as well as exchanges of experiences and expertise.

This agreement is part of a development of international insurance activities plan which makes an assistance and mutual consultation procedure essential, in order to facilitate the accomplishment of the missions devolved to the authorities in charge of the control of insurance organizations in France and in Morocco.
