The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare signed, on January 14, 2019, in Key Largo - Florida (United States of America) a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) of the United States of America.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Hassan Boubrik, President of ACAPS, and Mr. Eric Cioppa, President of the NAIC.

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is the federal body for standardization and support for US regulations created by the insurance regulators of the various US states.
