The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) launches its new website

In order to improve and to facilitate the access to the information of all its publics, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) have launched the new version of its web site.

The redesign of the Website joins in the actions organized by the Authority to improve the services intended for the general public and for its various partners. The new Web site of the ACAPS was rethought to facilitate the access and the search for information and offers a more lively and friendly interface presenting a wide panorama of the missions and the activities of the Authority.

Accessible in three linguistic versions (Arabic, French and English), the Web site offers a simplified access to a large number of contents: publications, regulatory texts, sectorial statistics, guides, etc.

Information for the general public is also promoted by the Authority's new website, which recognizes that information and awareness are essential to protect policyholders, members and affiliates. The Insurance and Social Protection Supervisory Authority has added rich content to its new website: a section dedicated to the citizen "ACAPS and You", whose objective is to inform about the rights and duties of policyholders, members and affiliates. This section also presents the notions and the basic concepts regarding insurance and social welfare: FAQ, Glossary, access to the management platform of the complaints, etc.

Adapting itself to the new uses of Web, the new Web site of the Authority was developed through "responsive design" which adapts itself to the various screen resolutions (smartphone, tablet...).
