Missions
The Social Welfare Directorate ensures the supervision and monitoring of social welfare bodies and ensures compliance with the rules of protection of affiliates, policyholders and members.
Its mission is to carry out technical and actuarial studies to ensure the sustainability of social protection bodies. It monitors social welfare regulations and prepares or revises draft texts relating to this sector.
It ensures supervision and regulatory monitoring on pension social welfare organism and ensures compliance with affiliate protection rules. It provides technical support that would contribute to the development of the pension sector.
It is in charge of the supervision and regulatory monitoring of the mutual insurers and the technical monitoring of the bodies managing the health insurance. It ensures the respect of the rules of protection of the policyholders. It also provides technical support for the sector’s development.
