5th ACAPS Board Meeting held on March 28th017

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare "ACAPS" held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, its fifth Board meeting. At this meeting, the Board approved the Authority's financial statements for 2016, and reviewed the audit plan as well as the internal control plan.

In addition, the Boardl approved, in accordance with Article 24 of Law No 64-12, the replacement of representatives of insurance and reinsurance undertakings within the disciplinary Committee:

- Mr. My M'hamed ELALAMY, Chief Executive Officer of SAHAM ASSURANCE, as a full member to replace Mr. Mehdi TAZI;

- Mr Abderrahim DBICH, Director at AXA ASSURANCE, as substitute member, replacing Mr El Mostapha KHRISS.
