ACAPS publishes the activity report of insurance and reinsurance companies

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare publishes the activity report of the insurance and reinsurance companies for the year 2016.
This report is based on the statistical and accounting statements that insurance and reinsurance companies are required to submit to The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare for each financial year, in accordance with Law no. 17-99 bearing the insurance code promulgated by the dahir n ° 1-02-238 of 25 rejeb 1423 (October 3rd, 2002) as it has been completed and modified, and its implementing texts.
